Korea Society : An Evening of Contemporary Asian Art : : Young Professionals’ Night
I will be attending An Evening of Contemporary Asian Art as a participating artist
Young Professionals’ Night by Korea Society
Join us at Coohaus Art for a reception; private tour of the art exhibition, Camera Lucida Revisited; and an introductory talk on contemporary Asian art — some of the most vibrant and exciting art being created today. Our hosts, art professors Dr. Deborah Seleeby-Mulligan and Dr. Kyunghee Pyun, will provide a brief explanation of the exhibit and an overview of the contemporary Asian art market, focusing primarily on Korea. They will identify several of the leading and emerging artists (especially those working in New York City), as well as notable collectors, and explain why the market has grown exponentially in recent years.
Whether you’re a collector or just an art-lover, you’re sure to enjoy this evening of fine wine and art with other young professionals at an intimate Chelsea Gallery!
